Kempsey McElhone Swimming Complex

Enjoy lap swimming or aqua fitness classes in the Olympic pool and an outdoor heated 25m pool. Lap swimming and aqua fitness classes are great exercises for older people as they are low-impact and improve your heart health and overall fitness. For a social catch up after your swim there’s a kiosk and barista-made coffee. The pool is closed in June and July.
