Try some of the weekly adult Irish dance and fitness classes at the Kennedy Dance School. It’s a great fun way to exercise and meet new people. Everyone is welcome and they offer adult beginners’ classes for people with no experience. If you’re quite energetic you can go along to try a class and then sign up for the ten-week course if you enjoy it. You'll learn basic movements and join them together to learn full dances, so anyone can take part. You just need to wear your regular gym clothes and runners or dance sneakers and bring some water.
