
Join the City of Sydney's City North Walking Group to keep fit and active outdoors. This free walking group meets on the first Friday of each month from 9.30am to 11am. Walk together at the same time and enjoy a walk with other walkers and KGV staff. Regular walking is thought to help to manage weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol. It helps to maintain your bone density, reducing risk of osteoporosis and fractures. It's also thought to reduce your risk of some cancers, and improve balance and coordination, reducing your risk of falls and other injuries. It's a great way to make friends, stay healthy, and keep connected to your local community.
