You can try the regular tai chi and qigong class. Tai chi is a dynamic invigorating activity that works with both your body and your mind to help you feel relaxed, refreshed, and calm. The class is designed for people aged over 60 and is a good way to move your body at a slow pace. You just need to wear comfortable clothing (loose fitting clothing is fine), and bring along sun protection such as a hat and sunscreen.
