Kilmore Leisure Centre offers a wide range of group fitness classes. The classes suit all fitness levels. You can try the weekly Seniors Strength class. Seniors Strength is a very low intensity program. It is ideal if you are new or have resistance to exercise, or experience health complications. The class aims to improve your mobility, strength, stability, posture, and every day movement. Exercises include body weight exercises and chair-based exercises. You will use equipment including fit balls, dumbells, and ankle weights.
