Go along to the tennis club for a game of Pickleball and enjoy keeping fit with other older people. It is a bat and ball game played on small courts at a slower pace than tennis. It’s a lot of fun, is low-impact, and very social. The game is easy to learn at any age and all abilities are welcome. Join the game on Wednesdays from 9am to 11am.
