Kirwan Aquatic Centre Townsville Seniors Swim

The Townsville Seniors Swim Club runs weekly from the Kirwan Aquatic Centre. The club is made up of a group of older people who swim for fun, fitness, and friendship. All levels of ability are welcome and you can take it entirely at your own pace. The centre has a 25 metre outdoor heated pool which is perfect for lap swimming or lane walking. Both these activities are great low-impact exercises that build up your overall strength and fitness.
