Kura Yerlo connects culture through cultural events, the arts, and artefact making, group or one-on-one support. The centre offers a range of programs to the First Nations community. You can learn from Elders in a social setting. Join one of the group programs for a great way to meet other First Nations People in the area, learn new things, and socialise. There’s a men’s shed where men can create tools with hands-on teaching and experiences. Women can join an Aboriginal Women’s Wellbeing Program every Thursday from 10am to 2pm. Enjoy regular guests, arts and crafts, outings, and activities. There’s also Back 2 Ochre art and craft for women every Tuesday from 11am to 2pm.
