At the Lake Haven Recreation Centre you can keep healthy and fit with group fitness classes. You can join the two Active over 50's classes. Active All Stars is a fitness program for over 50's. It involves a series of strength, cardio, and mobility exercises. Active Easy Start is a program if you are new to exercise, have illness or injury concerns, or need a low intensity workout.
