Try an Aqua Zumba class in the pool for a great high energy workout with low stress on your joints. This fun class blends Zumba dance exercises with water resistance. It means every step is more challenging, helping to tone your muscles. Or if you are new/returning to aqua, or have an injury, you can try Gentle Rehabilitation Aqua. This class is held in the hydrotherapy pool in warm water, allowing you to exercise without putting stress on your joints. Gentle Shallow Aqua or Deep Aqua in deeper water are low to moderate aqua aerobics programs. They're ideal classes for all ages, from beginner to advanced.
