Leisurelife Senior Sessions are ideal for people over 50 years of age. Classes include using equipment like treadmills, bikes, and cross trainers. There is also hand-eye coordination work with basketballs, balance and abdominal work with fit balls, and floor work. The sessions always end with a cool down and stretching. Or you can join a Senior Circuit Class. It's perfect if you are starting an exercise program for the first time. This low-impact class helps you to build and maintain your fitness in a social atmosphere.
