LGBTI Connect

LGBTI Connect provides safe connection to aged care services for LGBTI community members in South Australia. It’s made up of five older members of the LGBTI community. They have a deep appreciation of the fears, concerns, and challenges older members of the LGBTI community face as they age. The LGBTI Connectors help you to access aged care services, including registering with My Aged Care. You can also join the LGBTI Connect Rainbow Social Group. Join their meetings once a month for events and bus trips. The group welcomes all LGBTI people aged 55+. You can also access the LGBTI Individual Visitors Program. It provides friendly volunteers for older LGBTI people who are at risk of loneliness or social isolation.
