
Lift for Life in Meadowbank is an eight week, low-cost resistance training program. It is ideal for older people and retirees. The program is held outdoors in a small group. It includes 16 sessions delivered by an accredited Lift for Life Trainer. The program helps you to increase muscle strength and tone. It strengthens your bones and improves flexibility, balance, and posture. It also aims to help with healthy weight and diabetes control. Any fitness level is welcome. It's suitable even if you haven't been active for a while, have type 2 diabetes, or other chronic health conditions. Bookings are essential.
