Join the weekly line dance class for older people at Doonside Seniors Club. Dancing has many health benefits, easing your movements, and improving your balance and strength. Get fit and healthy the easy way doing something you love while connecting with other older people in the local area. You need to be a member of the club and it's just the cost of a small donation each time you dance. There are limited places available, so make sure you register by phone or email the centre.
