Lithgow Small Arms Factory Museum

Check the organiser's website for pricing information.

The museum has one of the finest collections in the world of small arms made by the Lithgow factory. It is a community museum that relies on volunteers to run and maintain the premises and the collection. If you have some spare time and have an interest in the museum, apply to join the volunteers. You can help with archiving and digitizing records. You can work in library services, tour guiding, or do office work. You can work on the front counter and shop services, gardening, and general maintenance. Or if you prefer, you can assist with the website/social media management, grant applications, and events management. Volunteering is a great way to give back to your community. It’s a wonderful way to keep busy, feel useful, and meet new friends.
