Get fit and healthy with these affordable balance and strength classes for the over 50s. Living Longer Living Stronger is resistance training to improve your strength, balance and mobility. It also has benefits for your overall energy and vitality. The program was developed by the Council on the Ageing, so you know it's safe and ideal for people over 50. Join the classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 10am.
