Low and Slow is a fun fitness class for the over 50s. Join the group on Wednesdays at 8.15am every week. You can also try a gentle 45-minute chair yoga class that’s suitable for all. This class includes a gentle warm up, poses, stretches, balance, and relaxation. Call Karyn on the number provided to have a chat about the classes and find out if they’re for you.
