MDAS health and fitness programs help you to make healthy lifestyle changes for lifelong health and wellbeing. There are exercise programs to join to keep fit and strong, and information about ways eat healthier. You can join their health programs for Elders and community fitness groups. Get in touch with MDAS Health to get a health check and find out about groups to meet your needs for a healthier lifestyle. There’s also an Elders' Planned Activity Group to join other First Nations Elders for social activities and a yarn. MDAS has programs in Mildura, Swan Hill, and Kerang.
