Meals on Wheels - Grafton

Meals on Wheels is a volunteer organisation. It provides a meal delivery service to senior citizens and people with a disability who are living independently. Freshly cooked hot, chilled and frozen meals are delivered daily. There are no lock-in contracts or waiting lists. Anyone can have access to a hot cooked meal. You just need to call the centre before 9am. They also offer meals at the centre every third Wednesday of the month. You can be picked up and taken to the centre for a meal and to socialise. Volunteers are always needed in the kitchen and for food delivery. You can choose how often you would like to volunteer, whether it be twice a month or once a week and short notice volunteers are especially valued.
