Try some African dance or drumming classes to learn something new and keep active. African dance classes will keep you fit and you’ll have a lot of fun. There are classes for people new to West African dance on Saturdays from 11am to midday. There is also Sweet Mamma on Thursdays from 11am. This class is just for women of all ages and stages who are new to Afro dance. It’s a welcoming environment so you can enjoy dancing to popular African music style with confidence. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and no shoes.
