Go along the centre for a wide range of exercise activities. There's a gym to take exercise at your own pace, four squash courts, a sauna to unwind, and a range of group fitness classes. You can try body pump, Strength for Life, and gentle yin and hatha yoga classes. These classes will improve your strength and flexibility. If you’re new to exercise, the centre offers personal training with qualified and experienced staff.
