Migrant Resource Cent Mt Gambier Seniors

Every Tuesday, the Mt Gambier MRC hosts the Mt Gambier Seniors’ Social Group. Join them in a range of activities to keep you physically and mentally healthy and meet people to socialise. You can enjoy activities like a movement class aimed at developing your mobility and strength. Or you can try an arts and craft session to learn new skills and create some beautiful artwork.
