Active Seniors classes are ideal for people over 55. The classes are low intensity and will help you to maintain and build your strength and stability. You will also improve your balance and coordination. Classes are run by qualified and supportive instructors. They are welcoming, fun, and very friendly. You can go along with a friend or by yourself and make new friends. Bookings are preferred.
