Cockburn ARC’s Mind and Body classes offer a gentle and effective way for older adults to stay active, flexible, and relaxed. These sessions focus on slow, controlled movements performed on a mat, helping improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. The exercises are low‑impact, which means they are kind to your joints while still giving your muscles a good workout.
Taking part in Mind and Body classes supports healthy ageing in many ways.
