The Fun and Fitness for over 50s program is ideal for older people. It helps you to prevent stiffness and increase your strength and mobility. It provides a feeling of well being, and most importantly it's fun. Each class consists of warm-up exercises, general exercise, stretches, and cool down. You just need to wear comfortable, loose clothing, and suitable shoes.
