Join this subsidised Healthy Lifestyles Workshop of simple exercises designed for men. Improve your mobility, flexibility, balance, and posture. This helps you to reduce your risk of injury, keep your joints healthy, and improve your strength and heart health. There also a weekly class for everyone that’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Focusing on a different area of the body each week, you are guided through a series of mobility and flexibility exercises. This is followed by a 15 minute low-impact, mindful movement workout. Try the workshops to feel healthier and happier, leading to an improved quality of life.
