Try swimming as a great exercise to keep fit and strong. It’s low-impact on your joints and you can take it at your own pace. This adult swimming club has regular swimming sessions in Queanbeyan pool and has members of all ages. Join them on Wednesdays from 6.45pm to 7.45pm and Sundays from 4.45pm to 5.45pm and enjoy a good, gentle workout.
