The Monto And District Neighbourhood Centre provides several social activities for older people. These include a writers' club for aspiring writers and established ones. It's a great place to share ideas and take part in some fun writing activities to stimulate your mind. Anyone interested in writing, regardless of whether it is a novel, your life history, or poetry, is welcome to attend. Or you can keep up to date with technology at the computer kiosk. It offers two digital computers and one touch screen computer. There is also a Monto card and scrapbooking group if you're interesting in this type of art and craft. You can enjoy the company of like-minded people while you craft.
