Join this local small walking group. Just turn up on the night for a brisk one hour walk, three nights a week starting at 7.30pm on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays unless it's pouring rain. There are no fees and the group is friendly and mixed age. There are social outings a few times a year for a meal (optional) and they have a famous Christmas Walk each year. The group meets at the Baptist Church car park at 132 Buckley St, Essendon, near the rail station. It's a great way to meet people and enjoy exercising in the outdoors.
