Join the Moorditj Koort fitness groups for First Nations People. You can get fit and healthy in a comfortable, safe and friendly gym environment. There are also health education sessions such as cooking and nutrition and chronic diseases information. First Nations men can join the Moorditj Koort Cockburn Men's Group to take control of your own health and wellbeing. Programs include sports and fitness, health information sessions, Indigenous arts, and brotherhood. Join the group each fortnight on a Friday morning. It’s a great way to keep active and connect to others.
