The Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre is a year-round indoor aquatic and fitness centre. You can enjoy lap swimming in the indoor 25m swimming pool or lap walking in the multi-function pool. If you need help, there are ramps into all pools, wide stairs with a rail into pool, and even an aqua wheelchair and sling available for use. You can also join in a wide range of group fitness classes. Try Pilates for core body strength or stretch, body balance and sculpt for overall strength and flexibility. Or you can simply use the fully equipped gym at your own pace to build up your strength. For some fun low-impact exercise in the pool, you can join the aqua and aqua deep classes.
