The Mount Barker Recreation Centre offers group exercise classes for older people on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. As a member, you will have 24-hour access to the gym to exercise at your own pace. Programs can be tailored for all ages and abilities. You can join the Staying Young Circuit class. This is a low intensity supervised fitness program open to everyone. Or you can try yoga for strength and flexibility and Strength for Life class for the over 50s.
