The Active Ageing Art and Movement program is made up of three art groups from different cultures. The groups meet to enjoy learning and working on art and craft together. It’s a wonderful way to connect with different cultures and meet new friends. Groups include Spanish, Russian, and Korean speaking art groups. You can try working on weaving looms, silk painting, mosaics, and Korean wood carving. These art groups teach you a variety of skills, are a chance to express creativity, and provide joy, friendship, and increased wellbeing.
