The Multicultural Seniors Association helps older people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. They encourage older people to come out of social isolation to lead a healthy, independent, and happy lifestyle. You can join the association to take part in a wide range of interesting activities. Join the group on Thursdays from 10.30am to 1.30pm to sing in the choir or learn to play an instrument. It’s a wonderful chance to experience singing or playing with a group of like-minded people. You can meet new friends, socialise, and keep active.
