Multicultural Seniors Association Redfern

The Multicultural Seniors Association helps older people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. They encourage older people to come out of social isolation to lead a healthy, independent, and happy lifestyle. You can join the association to take part in a wide range of interesting activities. Join the group on Fridays from 9.30am to 12.30pm for ballroom dancing. It’s a great way to stay active and fit and you’ll meet people to socialise with.
