MS provides information, advice, and services for people living with multiple sclerosis across Australia. If you have some spare time and want to support the great work MS does, try volunteering your time and skills. You’ll be joining over 4000 volunteers. Your time and skills can transform the lives of people affected by MS and other neurological conditions. You can help to run fundraising events either by coordinating or helping out on the day. It’s lots of fun and you’ll meet many like-minded people. You can work at one of the MS Plus Shops serving customers or organising stock etc. Or you could join the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme. You’ll brighten someone’s day with a regular visit for a cuppa and a chat. You’ll be offering friendship and companionship to an older person who may be isolated or lonely. It’s a wonderful way to give back to your community and keep active and involved.
