Naala Djookan is a safe space for First Nations women to gather and get support. There is a range of interesting and useful activities on offer for you to connect to culture and each other. You can improve your health and wellbeing with yoga. It’s a great way for people of all ages to keep flexible and strong. To socialise, problem solve and have a yarn, join the Nyoongar language and yarning session, the Naala Friendship Group, or Craft and Chat groups. And if you like to cook or want to learn, there’s a Healthy Cooking Workshop. Learn how to create easy, healthy meals that taste good. You can cook and share the meal with group members.
