
Narromine Sports and Fitness Centre offers two classes for people aged 50 and over to encourage a fitness for life approach. You can join Get Active and Stay Moving every Monday and Friday morning. The class focuses on building your muscle tone, range of motion, and general fitness. Or you can try a Pilates class for all ages every Tuesday afternoon. This class offers low-impact exercises to strengthen your muscles. It also helps to improve your postural alignment and flexibility.
