This LGBTQI-friendly Kickboxing Kung Fu is fitness with a difference. Kung Fu classes are held three times a week and students are encouraged to train at least twice a week. Join the group on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You can also learn self defence in a group. It’s a wonderful way to keep fit, strong, and active.
