Nia is a blend of nine movement forms including dance, tai chi, and yoga. You can choose between two class types. Classic Nia is a joyful cardio dance workout to music and Gentle Nia is rhythmic movement to music and can be done standing or seated. The movements are simple and you can move at your own pace. No one is pushing you to work harder and it’s a fun fitness practice that is ideal for beginners.
