Ageing Well Noosa offers a range of free and low-cost activities for over 65s to help you stay healthy and active. Join in some of the regular social and fun activities. There are creative art therapy classes where you can enjoy a morning of creativity and fun. You can develop and share your skills, meet like-minded people, and make new friends for a cuppa and chat afterward. There's also a creative gardening class. You will join other keen gardeners for a fun morning in the garden and share the morning tea provided.
