Go along to Northam Aquatics at the recreation centre. You can use the 50 metre, eight lane outdoor solar heated Olympic pool and the 25 metre, four lane solar heated leisure pool. Both pools have ramp access. Swimming is a great activity to improve your fitness and strength. Lane walking is low-impact and good for your core body strength. After your swim you can enjoy a social get together with friends in the shaded areas with barbeques for use.
