Join these fun, interactive exercise sessions to get your whole body moving. You can try one of the strength and conditioning classes to build up your core strength. Keeping strong and stable helps you to prevent falls. There’s also Empowering Women to get you moving and Functional Low Impact with a wide variety of exercises, including a seated option. Bookings are essential and you just need to bring your own mat or towel, and water bottle.
