Visit your local hub for seniors' support services and free to low cost learning opportunities. You can get involved and learn a new skill. There is a craft and local produce shop and every Wednesday you can join a craft and quiz morning. There are computing courses, creative writing, and a learn to sew course. You can join the Be Connected program. You will gain the confidence and skills needed to use new technology. There's even a Friendly Visiting service where a volunteer will visit you in your home to offer companionship.
