OMNI groups are a safe male-only sharing experience. You can have a yarn and a laugh with other men you meet and chat about issues that affect your lives. It’s great for your health, wellbeing, and lifestyle in retirement. Local groups generally meet fortnightly and each one is managed by its members, so no two groups are the same. Go along to your local group and if you enjoy your first meeting, you’ll be asked to register and pay a small affiliation fee the second time around. Join the group fortnightly on Mondays from 10am to 12noon.
