Join the Over 55s Fitness 2 Wellbeing weekly program. It aims to strengthen your body and mind. Fun, simple warm ups are followed by low-impact aerobic and strengthening exercises. You will use no or light weights to build strength and confidence and improve balance. The program is held in the beautiful tranquil outdoor setting of Campbell Hill Pioneer Reserve. Free parking is available and there is a bus service to the reserve.
