Join the weekly Women’s Yarning Network on Thursdays from 11am to 2pm to meet other First Nations women in the area. You can get creative in the regular craft groups such as beading and making wristbands and keyrings. Lunch is provided and there are weekly guest speakers to listen to. It’s a safe space to connect to culture and each other and have a yarn. There’s also a weekly men’s group on Tuesdays from 11am to 2pm. Men can gather to have a yarn in a respectful place and share knowledge.
