Get fit and strong in the Move and Tone class. It will improve your hip mobility, core strength, heart fitness. You will use your own bodyweight as well as resistance band exercise. The class will leave you feeling energised and stronger in everyday activities. The class aims to build your confidence and help you feel empowered. Bring your own mat, towel, water bottle, and (small) resistance band.
