Try one of the group fitness classes or use the gym equipment at your own pace to keep fit and strong at PCYC. It’s a great place to go to try something new and get active. There is a range of classes available that cater for all ages and skill levels. You can try Forever Fit which is a movement and mobility class aimed at gentle exercise for older people. Other classes include yoga, Pilates, and aerobics to keep you flexible and mobile.
