Parkrun The Entrance

Parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. Parkrun is 5kms and takes place every Saturday morning. Check with your local group for the meeting point. It’s a positive, welcoming and inclusive activity. There is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along. There are currently 467 parkrun events around the country taking place every weekend, with more locations being added all the time. You can go along to any event, any weekend. Check with your parkrun group to see if you can bring along your dog or grandchildren. It’s a great way to keep active and fit, whilst meeting people in the area for a chat.
